To relieve the needs of socially and economically disadvantaged children and young people residing in hu1 to hu9 through, assisting in the provision of access to sports, recreational activities, equipment and the costs associated with participation to enable them to take part and providing funding to organisations and clubs to provide facilities for sport and recreational activities.
