We support adults impacted by adhd by providing volunteer-led peer support groups, nationally and in brighton and hove. We hold a programme of monthly sessions, both in person and online, for: adults with adhd; their partners; and for the parents of adhd school-aged children and young adults. We also provide neurodiversity awareness training for private and public sector organisations.
