Bpft was formed in spring 2010 in response to a decision by lynton and lynmouth town council to close the public toilets in barbrook. Since then the trustees have renovated the toilet block and facilitated a community information room. We also maintain the memorial garden which commemorates the loss of life in the lynmouth floods of 1952. The phone box is also being used as a defibrillator point
