Blue assist is a way of asking for help by people who have difficulty communicating, due to physical, cognitive or mental health problems. It has a distinctive logo on the free cards and space where people can write their message, or request. To help those who find reading hard there is a space for a picture. Or a free phone app can be used which has the added advantage of an emergency number.
