Come and sit in on one of our twice weekly sessions and see what we're about. You won't regret it. On mondays and thursdays we offer a peer support group. We also meet for a weekly walk and talk session.Whilst we run a twice weekly music group. All sessions are accessible to all and all abilities in any activities are catered for. We are an all inclusive, political and religious neutral group.
