We will engage with volunteers who have an interest in bee keeping to provide them with the skills to mentor others. Once we have given them adequate training to work with the hive on an individual basis without mentorship, the idea is to offer them hives to work with at our apiary, until they are at a stage where they can work unsupported, should they wish to do so.
