Cvis provides and maintains facilities for recreation, education and leisure for people of all ages and physical ability in cellan and the local area. These include cellan millennium hall, a children's play area and community garden, all sited on a 1 1/4 acre recreation area leased from ceredigion county council. We strive to enhance the environment and constantly monitor and improve facilities.
