Changing our lives is a rights-based organisation that works in co-production with disabled people and people with lived experience of mental health difficulties of all ages to achieve equality, good health and social inclusion. Our vision is of a society in which disabled people are valued and equal citizens. No one is too disabled, too challenging, or too complex to live an ordinary life.
