We are a town council. We provide `value added' services for the parish of horwich i.E. Those things that the unitary authority (bolton council) do not.A christmas lighting scheme, production of a town guide, support for remembrance sunday parade/service. We also produce an informative newsletter. We give grants and sponsorship to voluntary and community organisations serving the parish.
