Our mission is to provide leaders of the oxfordshire not-for-profit sector with high quality mentoring. The mentoring is free-of-charge, short-term (around 4 months) and focused on specific, strategic issues as presented by the mentee. Activities include; recruiting suitable mentors, developing and improving our services and making them available to the not-for-profit sector.
