To give small sums of money to those who live in the villages of clifton-upon-dunsmore and newton to those who need help. I.E. Recently to enable a child to attend a school educational camp which the parents couldn't afford due to both being currently unemployed following a request from the head teacher, otherwise the child in the class would have lost out.
