We are a support group for anyone who has experienced critical illness within intensive care (icu).We support former patients and those close to them - all the services and activities we offer are free. We have weekly drop-in meetings to meet others with similar problems, exercise sessions to rebuild strength, and relaxation training to combat stress plus social events - all currently on zoom
