The relief of women in need, in particular but not exclusively those in need as a result of experiencing domestic abuse, by the provision of social housing. Social housing means low cost rental accommodation and low cost home ownership accommodation as defined in section 68 and social housing as defined in section 77 of the housing and regeneration act 2008.
