Dance blast delivers a wide range of community dance & aerial circus activities at its base, the dance centre abergavenny and throughout monmouthshire. This includes a programme of weekly classes for all ages & abilities, 3 performance companies: mydc (youth dance), mycc (youth aerial) and mcdc (adult inclusive dance), special projects, summer schools and projects in local schools and care homes
