We help underprivileged youngsters aged 17-25 learn to drive. We help people on a means tested benefit, or living with, and dependent upon, someone who is. If you qualify for help, and we have the funds, then we give subsidies to help people learn to drive. We mainly work in the parished rural and suburban areas of chester.
