Empower the gambia provides training & resources for communities in rural gambia in order to alleviate poverty. We first visited bansang in 2008 & set up the charity in 2012. We sponsor children, support schools, medical services, a poultry cooperative & kitchen gardens. We plant community libraries with sponsored librarians & have completed a building programme. We now work with 7 communities.
