We provide a day care centre for elderly people to prevent decline in physical/mental health. We run other projects for the elderly and 50 plus local population in enfield and surrounding boroughs. We provide transport, health promotion programs and activities including yoga, health talks and recreational pursuits/educational awareness. We assist carers/families to access health and social care.
