Part of the ground floor is leased free to the local authority providing the village with a library from april 2025. The remaining ground floor area is leased to a children's nursery . The first floor comprises a large hall, smaller meeting room and kitchen. These rooms are hired by the local community for various meetings, groups, classes, family parties and community events.
