Finding rhythms aims to assist and support prisoners and ex-prisoners in finding new patterns of behaviour. We do this through a combination of music courses, 1-2-1 mentoring and a nationally recognised employability certificate. Our work from time to time extends to individuals affected by crime, families of prisoners and connected communities.
