Flashy wings ministry therefore aims to prevent women on estates in southwark from becoming socially excluded whist promoting togetherness and diversity and community spirit on southwark estates. We have achieved these by running conferences (and providing an on-line information centre) for women (on issues such as team working, problem solving, negotiation skills, assertiveness and advocacy.
