The ginger heart foundation (ghf) came into being to raise awareness about the increased risk of suicide in the comedown after taking alcohol and cocaine together. We promote awareness, harm reduction and also offer resources to support health and maintain life. We also support people who are dealing with trauma and grief and provide peer support through our network and organised events.
