A new gurdwara and community centre was completed in 2007/08 - (the gurdwara started providing religious services from april 2007 and the community centre was opened in january 2008 for use by the community for social and religious functions). The site now becomes the focal centre where sikhs & non-sikhs get together to celebrate religious functions and discuss multi faith issues.
