The object of harborough community bus (hcb) is the provision of a charitable transport service for community groups from the market harborough area, or individuals living in that area, who are in need of such a service because of age, sickness, disability or poverty.Hcb is operated entirely by volunteers under a section 19 bus permit. Small charges are made to contribute to running costs.
