Harrogate international partnerships has been established to help rekindle and revitalise the existing town twinning links for harrogate, and be open to the possibility of establishing new links.We exist to advance the education, for the public benefit, of the people of the harrogate district in the history, culture and languages of countries outside the united kingdom.
