Jem is a community based organisation which provides a free rolling programme of employability and skills workshops aimed at equipping and preparing individuals, aged 19 years and over living in the normanton and arboretum districts of derby, to enter or re-enter the labour market, voluntary work or further education. Our approach focuses on confidence building and raising self-esteem.
