Jigsaw aims to improve the resilience, emotional strength and well-being of carers of people with mental illness in worcestershire. We do this through peer support and by sharing our knowledge and understanding of mental health issues. We meet once a month in the evening in malvern. We have a website www.Jigsaw.Org.Uk which provides details of our activities and links to other support services.
