As a resource for young people, we will seek to identify those who are struggling. We will offer small monetary grants for essential items that will help them to remain in education, training or work. Applicants must live, study or work in the broadland, north norfolk or great yarmouth borough council districts, must be aged 21 or under and must demonstrate a need.
