We are a registered charity primarily providing hospice at home care for adults, over the age of 18 years, in the last stages of illness. Our team of experienced registered nurses provides specialist end of life and palliative care for patients and support for their families. Kate's home nursing works to support gps, community nurses and other medical professionals.
