The objects of the charity are to promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community in the area of benefit by associating together volunteers and organisations in a common effort to advance education, social and welfare services, and similar charitable activities among those classes in need thereof and for this purpose but not otherwise the charity shall have the following powers: -
