We provide social and practical activities for isolated or vulnerable men in lancaster and the surrounding area, as well as providing signposting to other more specialist organisations. Our aim is to help alleviate social isolation and to promote better physical and mental health and general wellbeing. We provide a safe space for clients to meet, converse and share interests.
