The hall acts as a community centre for the trawsgoed community council area. It is non-profit making run by a management committee all of whom are volunteers. The hall may be hired by local organisations or individuals for their own events. It was refurbished in 2006-7 with grant assistance from the heritage lottery fund, welsh assembly and ceredigion county council.
