Activities are based around inland green spaces and coastal regions with a mix of low medium and high impact to suit the broad range of beneficiaries we see accessing. The games activities and events are based around social interaction, physical mobility, and cognitive stimulation, allowing for an engagement with our m.A.S.H volunteers.
