Our main service uses music to benefit people with dementia and their carers. People can access music therapy @ home, together in song singing groups in care homes (led by trained volunteers), music therapy in care homes and sing 2 remember groups in the community and mindset. We also provide programmes for people with chronic lung disease and other health conditions through social prescribing.
