Mef sponsors orphan and vulnerable children (ovc) and helps improve their school infrastructure and facilities. Longer term aim is to support post-secondary vocational education. We will use this model for other schools. In collaboration with the schools' own self help committee we aim to avoid promoting a dependency culture. Mef provides discretionary support for local education related projects.
