Each year in the month of march the trustees will gather the donated supplies from local amateur and semi-professional clubs, schools (pe departments) and the general public across london. Once the donated supplies are collected, the appointed trustees will liaise with the manager of senior boys fc and arrange a suitable date for the resources to then be shipped to ghana.
