The charity undertakes, promotes and commissions research into the maintenance and observance of human rights, particularly those set out in the universal declaration of human rights; and disseminates the results of such research to governments, parliamentarians, inter-governmental organisations, non-governmental organisations and the general public in the united kingdom.
