Volunteer cfrs are trained by ambulance services to give aid in life threatening emergencies. They respond locally & often arrive in the vital first few minutes to preserve life before the ambulance which may be some distance away. Equipment such as a defibrillator & car have to be provided by the charity which fund raises to support the team & to give cpr & aed training to our local community.
