Mental wellbeing workshops in schools, prisons, hospitals and other adult settings. We offer two highly interactive sessions: core, which introduces our scales model (sleep, creative, active, listen, earth, social); and encore, which takes a deeper dive into these concepts and offers more detail. All people may benefit from our work, but it is especially effective for year 5 pupils.
