Promenade run cultural events periodically. We open the rose street cottage of curiosities 3-4 days a week. This is an old dockyard workers cottage built circa 1800, now a heritage/art centre. In 2018 we ran exhibitions on ww1 and suffragettes. We ran art exhibitions by local artists. We welcome all visitors local or from further afield.
