Through tailored programmes and activities encouraging general participation and access tocycling, especially for women and young people, plus cycling at a club level. Empowering and support capacity building for sierra leoneans in the cycling community such as learn-to-ride trainers and educators, coaches, team managers, race officials, ride safety marshalls and community volunteers.
