Sisterwood holds forest school style sessions for young women and those that idenfity as female aged 12-16, who are struggling with their mental health. These sessions include listening circles, nature connection and communal cooking as well as learning practical skills, yoga, singing and other mindfulness based activities to help them build a toolkit for mental health and wellbeing.
