Southend wind orchestra was founded in 2002, and has built a reputation for excellence. Members come from south-east essex, and range from school pupils through to senior citizens! We give concerts at venues around south essex with a varied and challenging repertoire. Playing standards are a minimum of grade 6 for rank and file players, principals must be at least grade 8.
