We promote community participation in healthy recreation by advancing the sport of box lacrosse, and of lacrosse as a whole. To this end, we deliver inclusive opportunities to learn the sport on a monthly basis under the guidance of international coaches, and supplement this with the provision of match days and opportunities to play in tournaments in the uk and abroad.
