The objects of the cio are the establishment and maintenance of a swimming pool, sports hall and such other sporting, recreational and community facilities as the trustees consider appropriate from time-to-time for the public benefit and, in particular, for (but not limited to) the inhabitants of southwell and district with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
