The aim of the charity is to provide free pre-school education to children between the ages of two years nine months to four years for a maximum of twenty children, selected by an admissions list. We also take children who are in receipt of the two year old grant. This admissions list operates on a date of birth priority system.Spinney pre-school was formed in april 2001.
