The armitage foundation aims to increase the number of uk medical students from underrepresented backgrounds, thereby increasing diversity and creating an nhs that reflects the society it serves.We run after-school programmes delivered by current medical student starting in year 8 through to 6th form, because we believe a long-term continuous intervention is most likely to effect change.
