To provide one or more bursaries or scholarships either to enable young students, of either sex, who propose to enter or who have already entered the distilling trade to acquire knowledge of wine trade or to enable young students to acquire knowledge of the distilling trade; and to make donations to the wine spirits trades benevolent society and other registered charities.
