Following the closure of the original hospital,[nov 2012] the charity suspended its activities. The charity continued to meet periodically, to monitor the progress towards replacing the hospital with a "health and well-being hub", from which health services for the public in havering, both statutory and voluntary, are provided. The health and well-being hub was officially opened in november 2024.
