Tsjrt wants to enable looked after children to be happy and to transition into a fulfilling adulthood. To this end, it aims to support charities working with children in care (foster, kin and state) and care leavers (up to the age of 30). Tsjrt will prioritise work which helps de-institutionalise the experience of being in care or in receipt of post care services.
