The provision of water based activities, and training, principally sailing, for young people aged between 8 and 16 who would not normally have such opportunities, through dinghy and kayak training by qualified instructors on the river stour and the provision of boating activities through partners including those offering experiences on long boats,traditional fishing smacks, barges and yachts.
